A Recent Plasma Experiment

  • D. A. Frank-Kamenetskii

It would be useful to conclude this book by making a survey of applications. However, the time is not yet right for this. Many interesting technical possibilities have already appeared in the course of our discussion of various physical problems. The most important technical applications of plasma physics are yet to emerge from the experimental or developmental stage in the laboratory. Thus, in place of a survey of applications, we will close this book by describing a typical plasma experiment.
