Abstract
The method of local x-ray spectroscopic analysis (the microanalyzer method) is used in investigations of the chemical bonding to identify small amounts of various phases and inclusions in many branches of physics, chemistry, metallurgy, geology, etc. Some methodological aspects of this method are considered in the present paper.
