Thermodynamic Properties of Alloys of the ZnAs2—CdAs2 and Zn3As2—Cd3As2 Quasibinary Systems

The emf method was used to determine the thermodynamic functions of the formation of solid solutions in the ZnAs2—CdAs2 and Zn3As2—Cd3As2 quasibinary systems. Both systems exhibited negative deviations from the Raoult law.
