Abstract
Previous speakers have discussed the technological aspects of polymer waste management. I would like to turn your attention now to policy and economic considerations related to the recovery of resources from polymers. Unless otherwise stated, the discussions reflect my own personal views, and are not the policy of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
This document has not been formally released by EPA and should not be construed to represent EPA policy.
