Abstract
An n × n Latin square is a square matrix in which each of the numbers from 1 to n occurs once in each row and once in each column. Here is an example:
4 | 1 | 2 | 3 |
1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
2 | 3 | 4 | 1 |
3 | 4 | 1 | 2 |
