Abstract
In the contemporary American construction business enterprise, administrative project activities and their unimpeded flow are critical to the management process. Over the next decade, merely knowing how to build things will not result in the success of the organization. An adequate understanding of administrative processes, from the first notion that a project will be estimated or bid through its final closeout, is essential.
