Abstract

It has been established through many experiments and theoretical analyses that the minimal energy which influencing on the retina and causing light perception is equal to (2°1–5°7) . 10-18 joule. It is the custom for this minimal energy to be called “absolute energetic limit” of the ocular perception. It concerns the specific receptors while concerning the other cells (unspecific receptors) the term “absolute energetic limit” of sensivity is bringing into use. It is that minimal stimulus which still could cause any kind of stimulation. According to Plekhanov1, each cell of the multicellular organism could be an unspecific receptor as the property of excitedness (rising of a local reaction of the bioplasm) is kept in each cell. As a result of many experimental and theoretical studying it is accepted now that “the absolute energetic limit” for the human organism amounts to 10-16 J. That means that the minimal power of the energetic flow S° which could induce a transition of the respective structures of the human organism from phase of preventive inhibitions to phase of excitation is equal to 10-12 J/s.m2. In other words all stimuli whose minimal power of energetic flow S exceeds S° irrespective of their nature could cause a state of excitement of some structures.
