Synopsis of Case Histories

  • Chapter
Ecoaccidents

Abstract

Participants of the workshop decided to prepare a synopsis that would identify common aspects of the different ecoaccident cases described (an ecoaccident could be defined as an event or a series of events unexpected in outbreak and/or effects) and would expand the discussion to a list of key points that could help in programming prevention and intervention in future accidents. A matrix was considered the most appropriate method for accomplishing this task.
