Abstract

In our daily life and following our common sense, our being is constantly in contact with boundaries: physical ones, like the skin which separates our body from the outer world, or the walls of my room; emotional frontiers which many times makes us unable to reach or feel each other in our object relations or even ourselves; mental barriers which impeach knowledge or to apprehend the whole reality, cutting it all the time into little pieces or fragments through perception and language; Boundaries between conscious self and unconscious; barriers of human regression and evolution.
