Abstract

Although polarography is being used advantageously in many fields of science, its utilization for the detection and determination of pesticide and fungicide residues has been limited. However, recent developments in polarographic instrumentation and techniques have generated renewed interest in the polarography of these materials. An excellent review of the application of polarography to pesticide and fungicide residues has already been presented in “Residue Reviews” by Martens and Nangniot (1963).
