Abstract

The input process (σn, τn, n ∈ Z/) and the underlying probability space (Ω, F, P0, θ) are defined in the same terms as in §1.1. There is only one server working at unit rate. But here, the capacity of the working room is 0. Therefore, if a customer finds the server busy upon arrival, he is lost i.e., he leaves immediately the system and never comes back.
