Resonant Brillouin Scattering of Exciton Polaritons

Abstract

Polaritons are coupled photon-polarization modes propagating in a dielectric medium. In this article the dielectric media of interest are semiconductors with zincblende and wurtzite crystal structures. Unless otherwise stated the polarization modes are excitons.l
