Abstract
Getting to know yourself is the first key step in choosing a practice wisely. You must have the clearest possible picture of who you are and what you want out of life: what turns you on and what puts you off; what you like to do and what you prefer to avoid doing; what makes you jump out of bed in the morning and what makes you want to roll over and go back to sleep.
