Abstract
To enable the introduction and operation of world-class basic and advanced broadband services, BT has developed expertise in the provision of on-demand broadband connections, with their high bandwidth and guaranteed qualities of service. Work has been under way for several years investigating the issues associated with such on-demand connections.
