Abstract

Citrus fruit offers a great potential for the production of commercial products other than the primary fresh-fruit and juice products. They range from other food products to animal feeds, fuels, cosmetics, and waste materials. In this chapter, we shall summarize some important aspects of the main citrus byproducts.
