Abstract
We present results from a parametric study on the performance of photo-emf sensors made from GaAs and GaAs:Cr utilizing different electrode processing and geometries for the detector elements. In order to improve the device performance and ease of manufacturing we produced and tested sensors constructed in a compact hybrid design.
