Abstract

Down Syndrome (DS) children have a 10- to 20-fold increase in both acute lymphocytic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia.1, 2 Prior studies with conventional dose regimens have shown that the outcome for DS children with AML is same as those without DS.3
