The Algorithmic Rules of Reciprocal Behavior

  • Gerald A. CoryJr.

Abstract

The two master, inclusive and modular programs of self-preservation and affection that have been wired into our brain structure operate dynamically according to a set of subjectively experienced and objectively expressed behavioral rules, procedures, or algorithms. Understanding the workings and applications of these algorithms is the key to grasping the role of dialectical conflict and stress in our personal, as well as social, economic, and political lives.
