Abstract
Prudential Securities Incorporated, as a full service brokerage firm, operates a number of call centers with supporting service departments on a 24 × 7 basis. Among the most critical are the call centers and support areas dedicated to servicing clients who have established COMMANDSM and Advantage accounts with the firm. These “premium” level accounts offer clients complete cash management functionality well beyond a traditional securities account. COMMANDSM and Advantage clients receive an upgraded account statement, full checking and Visa® debit card transactional capability, and a host of other value-added services. The primary goal of these products is to make a client’s investment relationship with Prudential as convenient and complete as possible.
