Abstract

Some approaches to Distance Learning and problems of courseware for Distance Learning IS elaboration using modem Hypermedia tools and technologies are considered. One of the most important of possible applications is so called Telework. There are represented some criteria for effectiveness evaluation of DL and Multimedia educational software (courseware). In conclusion some directions for development of infrastructure and media in NIS are proposed, having the final goal an integration of national DL Information Systems into global one.
