Unified Derivation of Self-Consistent Multipole Interactions in Nuclei
The present status of our research on self-consistent effective interactions in nuclei is discussed. By means of the field coupling method, we present a general prescription to derive effective interactions which are consistent with single-particle potentials. Using this method, doubly-stretched multipole interactions in rotating nuclei are constructed. The iso-vector components of effective interactions are discussed in terms of the nuclear self-consistency.
