Abstract

Dipyridamole was administered to the patients with nephrotic syndrome due to diabetic nephropathy. Reduction in proteinuria and elevation of serum albumin were observed by treatment with dipyridamole for 8 weeks. We concluded that dipyridamole is effective in reducing proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
