Gastric cancer Due to the different characteristics of gastric cancer located on the stomach surface and cancer of the cardia, which often spreads into the esophageal wall, they will be treated separately in this paper. Regardless of other theoretical considerations, the surgeon must evaluate the following points to establish therapeutic strategy.
