Structure Functions at Small-X and the Regge Limit in QCD

Abstract

An review is given of our present understanding of the behavior of deep inelastic structure functions in the small-x region. Particular emphasis is given to the connection with the Regge limit and our current knowledge of this high energy limit in QCD.
