Abstract
The LAA Project has been presented in previous courses, [“The LAA Project — Second Year of Activity”, in The Challenging Questions, Plenum Press, New York, p. 221–286, (1990) and “The Main Achievements of the LAA Project”, in Physics up to 200 TeV, Plenum Press, New York, p. 327–393, (1991)] together with the most significant results. The list of new achievements in technological R&D is unfortunately always very boring, especially to the reader. On the other hand, a work in technology needs a lot of details to be of interest. Once these are given there is no need to repeat the background information. Lack of time and interest in keeping the attention of the reader has led to the decision to publish the most interesting part of the game: i.e. the Discussion.
