Theory, Properties and Applications of Nonequilibrium Plasma Created by External Energy Sources

  • Edward Son

Nonequilibrium plasma, created by high energy sources is very effective instrument for plasma-chemical reactions. By external energy sources it means electron, ion, and neutral beams, laser radiation or high electric field, X-ray or gamma-radiation.
