Abstract

We present a unified analysis which allows us to describe the normal and superconducting properties of the high Tc oxides as well as determine the underlying mechanism of high Tc. A number of crucial experiments have been performed recently and as a result, the basic physics of high Tc superconductivity has been clarified.
