Abstract

Delivery service, the percentage measure of mail delivered on time, is probably the key public performance indicator for most postal businesses.“On Time” standards tend to vary from country to country, depending on considerations and constraints like the geography, particular regulations and infrastructures. In recent times, there has been a real focus and effort on delivery performance, and postal businesses are getting closer and closer to their targets.
