Abstract
Stability may be defined as the retention of constant rheological properties over some measured period of time. If we are able to control the measured particle physics of a body to very close tolerance, and its IPS through liter weight control, but the rheology changes as a function of time, then there must be some delayed changes in particle physics, in interparticle chemistry, or both.
