Idiotype Interactions between T Cells

Interactions between T cells mediated by their clonotypic receptors (idiotype interactions) have long been postulated as an extension of network concepts (1,2). Moreover, the possibility that these interactions may mediate different aspects of the complex regulation of T cells, as part of an integrated system, has been considered (3,4).
