Abstract

In previous chapters, we dealt with the characteristics of each of the major modules in HCI and with the ways in which the user and computer can interact. Understanding the kinds of potential design factors and the features that they may cause is treated as being prerequisite to HCI design. Knowledge about the factors and features is used in the design process described in Part III.
