Abstract
In this chapter, we will discuss the design of two-stage opamps which have rail-to-rail input common mode range and rail-to-rail output range. These opamps are designed with the newly developed output stage shown in Figure 6.9 used with each of the three single-stage opamps designed in the previous chapter. However, in order to keep the current in the cascode stage constant, additional circuitries are added as an interface between the input and the output stage. Both single-ended and fully-differential output architectures are developed.
