Abstract
You as a general contractor now have some idea of what has to be done to meet the prospect and, just as important, keep the lines of communication open. When this communication starts to take place, the general contractor begins to find that there are new business attitudes he must seriously consider using because they have a direct bearing on successfully closing the contract with the prospect.
