Abstract

Antigen transport cells (ATC) 1 transport immune complexes to the follicles of draining lymph nodes for longterm retention by the follicular dendritic cell (FDC) antigen-retaining reticulum (ARR). The purpose of this study was to determine the antigenic phenotype of ATC to further explore the relationship of ATC to FDC.
