Abstract

The Israeli education system is currently going through a period of change as a result of measures that are being introduced by the Tomorrow 98 Report (1992). Among the reforms proposed by the Report there is the revision of curricula and “the implementation of a comprehensive program for the pre-service and in-service training” of elementary school teachers.
