Abstract

There are multiple and diverse mechanisms that may be involved in male mediated reproductive toxicity because of the large number of diseases that are included in the category of reproductive failure. The span of reproductive problems include:

Spontaneous abortions Congenital malformations Genetic diseases in the offspring Malignancy in the offspring Prematurity Intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) Stillbirth Neurobehavioral effects in the offspring Infertility
