’t Hooft dimensional regularization implies transfinite Heterotic String theory and dimensional transmutation

In the present work we aim at showing how ’t Hooft celebrated method of dimensional regularization[1] could be used to demonstrate the infinite dimensional topology of spacetime and leads to the transfinite form of the classical heterotic string theory[2]-[4].
