Those familiar with the rise of human civilization have little doubt that the emergence of new and enduring sets of relationships and interactions among individual humans is prehistoric. For at least 5,000 years, individuals have introduced novel and innovative ideas and artifacts designed to inter-connect humans in higher orders of life processes. And with every biological generation, different ideas and artifacts were introduced evolving the higher order systems—sometimes to greater effectiveness, sometimes to destruction.
