Abstract

The WKB Coulomb propagator is applied to calculate continuum state of an atomic electron subject to a sequence of δ-function impulses. The derived continuum state includes effects of electron rescatterings into continuum. We numerically investigate effects of a single kick on the 3-d electron distributions in coordinate space.
