Abstract
One of the important facts about the physiology of the brain that has emerged in recent years is that, even in adult life, the brain remains capable of changes in many different ways. These changes permit the brain to learn as well as respond to injury, and may be adaptive or non-adaptive. The brain is not only capable of reorganizing, it is constantly doing so.
