Abstract
In the last chapter we examined one period effects of aid policies accompanied by different combinations of economic policies. However, more light can be shed both on the implications of our model as well as the issue of simultaneity if we carry out simulation exercises. Consequently, in this chapter we simulate different versions of the model for specific time horizons and with respect to different combinations of economic and aid policies. It will be seen that these simulations tell us a good deal more about the issues at hand than the results of the previous chapter.
