Abstract
The real estate sector in France is undergoing radical transformation. Post-crisis real estate management, the arrival of the Anglo-Saxons on the office market and the appearance of new professions linked to asset- and real estate management have noticeably modified the traditional approach to real estate and the classical methods of real estate expertise. The funding of the real estate sector and the internationalisation of real estate investments have necessitated the emergence of new management training in real estate finance, notably the 3rd Cycle in the business schools. Such education in France was traditionally legal or urbanistic.
