Abstract

In the past, Taiwan’s real estate market was highly affected by the government’s land policy. However, following the economic liberalisation, the real estate market is now mainly driven by market conditions. Our past real estate education focused on making land policy, but now we have to change our focus to train students to be able to meet the challenges of a dynamic market.
