Abstract
The 21st Century emerges as a time of great paradoxes, which are driven by the presence of new technologies in our workplace. Because of the efficiency, speed, and accuracy that are achievable with these new technologies, the people in our workplaces are having to pause and refocus on the role of building community—a set of emotionally satisfying relationships.
