Abstract

The successful operation of a poultry business is largely dependent upon the organization’s structure, the policies and procedures it adopts, the communication techniques employed between departments and levels of management, its concern and respect for the needs and contributions of employees, and its ability to correctly prioritize demands from different departments. Failure in any of these areas will result in less than optimum company performance.
