Abstract

Previous chapters have illustrated how structural equation modeling can be applied to research in health services management. Examples and explanatory models were developed for understanding how contextual, structural, and design factors may influence organizational performance. The structural relationships among these variables were empirically examined by using LISREL, AMOS, and/or Mplus programs.
