Abstract

IMT-2000 Network based on Advanced Intelligent Network Capability Set 3 (AIN CS-3) can easily provide services for wired intelligent network that have been developed in the past or that will be developed in the future through the combination and the integration with the components of the intelligent network. It is difficult to approach to the standard for Q3 interface implementation of the agent in Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) system that may occur in the development or the maintenance for the different platforms of IMT-2000 and other networks that are integrated with IMT-2000. In order to solve this kind of problems, this paper suggests the Intelligent Farmer model (I-Farmer Model) and the Intelligent Farmer Methodology (I-Farmer methodology).
