Abstract
Chapter Objectives: The purpose of this chapter is to introduce some of the analysis tools which can be used to support the manager or team of managers in evaluating the strategic effects of a particular technology and/or programme implementation and/or change. The tools used to illustrate the possible analysis approaches are; Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Case Based Reasoning (CBR) and Semantic Modelling. Having read this chapter, the reader should become familiar with:

• The PROMTIMA analysis tool, which comprises KASPER and AHP. This tool can be used to reason between the specific technology or programme model and the specific MOMP map.
