Arthroscopic Meniscectomy of the Knee

The patient was brought to the operating room and placed supine on the operating table. After adequate anesthesia was provided, the nonoperative extremity was placed in the well-leg holder. A tourniquet was placed on the thigh of the operative extremity. All pressure points were padded. The patient was then prepped and draped in the standard surgical fashion.
