Abstract
The patient and surgical site were identified and marked. The patient then underwent anesthesia per the anesthesia team. The patient was positioned in the supine position on the operative table with a hip bump in addition to a foot bump to keep the knee in hyperflexion. The limb was scrubbed and draped in the standard sterile fashion. A tourniquet was placed on the thigh over a soft-roll. Intravenous antibiotics were administered.
